Dr. Monique Williams, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Founder, CEO & Clinical Director
Dr. Williams is a doctorally prepared, dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing care across the lifespan.
With a deep commitment to mental wellness, she specializes in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice, empowering patients with the knowledge, support, and tools needed to achieve greater stability and overall well-being.
As the Founder and CEO of Pierre Care Services, Dr. Williams also brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership, education, community-based care, and public and private-sector partnerships. Under her leadership, Pierre Care Services has expanded beyond individual patient care to provide healthcare and professional services to organizations and communities throughout Louisiana.
